    Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.

  • What is your Return Policy?

    You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

    Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days, email tracking information to support@rebhorndesign.com, and we will gladly refund you.

    A Few Things To Note:

    • Due to inspection, cleaning, and repackaging; a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all orders that are returned for a refund. We do not provide return labels unless it's manufacturer defect! The shipping return cost will be the customer's responsibility

    • If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will send you a replacement. We will require photo/video evidence of this via email to support@rebhorndesign.com
